Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Deposit Rules
The following methods are accepted for depositing money on the aw33 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300.
- Deposit requests are generally processed instantly.
- The deposit amount must be in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Only payment methods registered in the user's own name may be used.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise instructed.
- Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
- Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements related to a bonus have not been met.

Currency and Taxes

Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus
New users may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following terms apply to claiming this bonus:
- The total of the bonus and the deposit must be wagered 20 times (20x) before a withdrawal can be made.
- The wagering requirement must be met within a set time limit after the bonus is activated.
- The bonus benefit applies only once per account, per household or per IP address.
- Some games may not count towards the bonus wagering requirement.
General Bonus Terms
- The bonus code must be entered correctly, otherwise the bonus will not be added.

Through regular gaming activity, users can gradually advance to higher tiers. Each tier has specific benefits that are detailed on the platform.
Betting and Gaming Rules
Betting Limits
A minimum and maximum betting limit is set for each game or event, which is displayed in the game interface. Bets that exceed these limits will not be accepted.
Finality of Game Results
- All games on the platform are operated using fair and transparent technology (RNG).
- If a game result is declared void due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded.
- Once a game result has been recorded, it cannot be changed.

Closure by the User
